With parenthood comes many challenges and shipping the items you need shouldn’t be one of them.  We are excited to help you through the process of outfitting your growing family with stylish quality products from designers world wide and some from just down the street.  We work to ensure quick, accurate and easy delivery of your orders with shipping options to locations anywhere in Canada and the United States.

 

 

Free Shipping in Canada on orders over $100 (Pre Tax): 

 We offer free shipping on all order over $100 (pre tax) in Canada. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed.  All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday from our warehouse in Richmond British Columbia and will be delivered using Canada Post Expedited Service requiring a signature for delivery. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed within 2 business days.

 

 

Expedited delivery options:

If you require your order to be delivered with another carrier or wish to have faster delivery, please email is with the postal code and we will calculate your rate.

 

 

Shipping Issues:

Once your shipment has been sent using the requested option, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.  Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] there are any issues and we will do our best to assist you.

 

 

Currency and Taxes:

Prices on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars and Canadian customers are required to pay Canadian sales tax upon checkout.

 

 

Free Shipping Exclusions:

Free shipping is available in Canada only. Free shipping is not available to addresses in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut & the Maritime provinces

 

 

Shipping to the USA:

US orders often have duties, taxes and customs at the discretion of the Us Customs.  These fees are usually collected at the time of deliver and are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipments will only be accepted if sent using US Postal Service and must be clearly marked “Return to Sender”.  Fedex and UPS will charge brokerage fees, duties and taxes, which will be subtracted from your return amount.

 

 

In Store Pick Up:

We would love to take care of your in store pick up.  On our website just choose the pick up in store option for shipping and we will have your orders ready in 24hrs for pickup. If someone other than the purchaser will be picking up the order, please write a message in the comments section of the order with the person’s name. If you need us to contact a gift recipient, please write their name and contact info in the comments section. Cancellation Policy:

With our commitment to process online orders quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of your order.

Return Policy:

Full refunds in the original form of payment is permitted within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for unworn and unwashed items with all tags attached. Store credit will be given for all items returned from 15-30 days from original date of purchase (Unless exception has been authorized). All sales are final after 30 days.

FINAL SALE ON: All Sale Items, Lingerie and Feeding Items.

Refunds will not be accepted for items which are not washed to the manufacturers specifications.
